SERVICE OVERVIEW
Taking a design from paper to product is the next step in the journey to realizing your dream landscape. It’s not a step that should be taken lightly. In order for a high quality landscape design to hit its mark upon installation a team of talented tradesmen needs to read, review and discuss all facets of the plan and its implementation with the designer. Attention to detail is critical. This is why we sit down with our team of veteran professionals and review every step of your project as we approach commencement. We discuss the look and feel the clients are going for with each and every professional on site. During construction our designers are onsite regularly to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plan and any surprises are addressed and discussed with our clients as soon as they arise.
- Onsite project review and walk thru - Designer and Crew meet onsite to walk thru site, detail scope and discuss any potential obstacles.
- Preliminary installation layout - With a set of approved construction plans we will paint out a rough-in of the installation, this is then reviewed and approved with the homeowner before moving forward.
- Commencement and the building phase - The most exciting part of the process. Watching your vision come to fruition is fun but it can also be fraught with questions. Our designers are onsite regularly, providing you with progress updates continually throughout the project and are never more than a phone call away all the way through to completion.
- Clean up and preliminary walk thru - Often an overlooked step in the process, we pride ourselves in getting things done right the first time. Our work is dirty, there is no way around it, that's just the nature of landscaping. We do out best to clean up after we're done and we go through every effort to take our mess with us when done so we will be sure to walk the site with you at least once before finalize your dream.
- Project completion and final walk thru - Sod is in, mulched is down and the walks are swept. We will gather to review the project, share anecdotes, explore long term maintenance options and review your care packets.
Communication is the cornerstone of a successful installation and we leave no stone unturned.
POPULAR QUESTIONS
Depending on the size and scope of the project as well as the access to the construction site, it can take anywhere from a week to 3 months to complete the renovation project. Weather plays a big role in our timelines as does material availability and project queu. For the most accurate idea on a timeline for installation and completion its best to speak directly with your designer or project manager.
We schedule projects for installation on a first come first serve basis. Early spring and summer are our most busy times of the year with mid- late fall being our second rush. We design and schedule installations year round so its really easy and very important with regards to timing to begin planning as soon as possible.
Installation projects can be initiated through a phone call, email or whatever is most convenient. Once you’ve completed our design process you should have a clear scope and budget for moving forward. Just reach out!
Professional landscaping is expensive for many reasons. The final costs are an aggregate of all materials and the labor expended to execute a plan.
